Shipping

All ready-made items are dispatched within 5–10 business days.
Bespoke pieces are shipped upon completion of their production timeline.

Glass works are carefully and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Once an order has been lodged with the postal service, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping provider. If you require additional services such as insurance or signature on delivery, please contact me prior to purchase.

Please ensure your address is correct. I cannot replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Exchanges may be arranged at the customer’s expense, including all postage costs.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 business days of the item’s arrival and the piece must be returned in its original, unused condition with secure packaging.

Custom rings, bespoke pieces and made to order items are not eligible for exchange once the item has been made. 

Customers are responsible for any duties incurred on returned items.

Repairs / Warranty

Jewellery found to have a manufacturing fault will be repaired free of charge within one year of purchase.


This does not include:

  • General wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Damage caused by improper care or failure to follow care instructions

After one year, repairs may still be available for a small fee, depending on the work required.
